Requesting a refund
For a refund enquiry, contact ShivTush Tours and Travel at shivtushtravel@gmail.com or +91 9185101165. Provide your booking reference, journey date, payment details and the reason for your request. Do not send card passwords, PINs or OTPs.
Eligibility and deductions
Refund eligibility depends on the booking terms communicated and accepted before payment, the service delivered and applicable law. Ask for written confirmation of refundable amounts, cancellation deductions and any supplier charges before booking. This page does not specify a fixed refund percentage.
Assessment and payment
We will review the request against your booking confirmation and payment records. If a refund is approved, its amount, payment method and expected processing time should be confirmed in writing. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.
Unresolved requests
If a refund remains unresolved, reply to the same correspondence with the booking reference so the matter can be followed up. These terms do not limit rights available under applicable law.
